On February 17, 2007 while vacationing in Raleigh, NC, Candy was put to sleep after suffering for a short time with a kidney infection. She was my heart and has my undying love. With Candy departs the “Puppy’s Perspective” category. She now rests in peace.
It has taken me so long to return because the thought of doing so just led to more thoughts of my beloved Candy. One day soon, perhaps, I will post her picture here for all to see. She was truly a special girl and this girl’s best friend for almost 16 years.
